Customer stated that he "went to the website to check [my] order 4 days later. My order was not found anywhere"โ€ฆโ€ฆ THAT IS TRUE.

When I asked him what and how he was searching on the Adorama website for his order - as he claimed he did not receive an order confirmation numberโ€ฆ. I DID NOT RECEIVE ONE BY EMAILโ€ฆ - he refused to respond to meโ€ฆYOU HAVE MY PHONE NUMBER. WHY NOT SEND ME AN E MAIL, I GOT ONE FROM YOU.. It simply isn't possible to log into a website to search for an order, without an order numberโ€ฆโ€ฆ I WENT TO THE WEB SITE, MY ACCOUNT, DOWN TO ORDER STATUS. RETURN CUSTOMER AND SIGNED IN, NO ORDER FOUND THEN I CALLED THE NEXT DAY AND WAS TOLD I HAD NO ORDERโ€ฆonce again Helen. I CALLED ADORAMA ON THE 26thโ€ฆ.PLACED ORDER AGAIN.... I REFUSED TO RESPOND, COME ON HELEN. DO I NEED TO COMPLAIN EVERY DAY? I HAVE A JOB, CAN NOT GET ON THIS SITE ALL THE TIME LIKE YOU CAN. I WAS AT WORK WHEN I PLACED THE FIRST ORDER AND YES I SHOULD HAVE WRITTEN THE NUMBER DOWN BUT WAS TOLD I WOULD GET A NUMBER BY E MAIL..I DID NOT GET ONE !

When I asked the customer for his bank details so that I could try to trace his order by going backwards from the payment authorization, it took four emails before he replied to meโ€ฆI LOOKED HELEN, DID NOT FIND 4 EMAILSโ€ฆCHECKED THE SPAM BOX ALSO.. Instead, he spent his time leaving false reviews everywhere possibleโ€ฆโ€ฆYOU EMAILED ONCE AT MY EMAIL ADDRESS AND THEN I SENT IT TOO YOU. THIS SITE DOES NOT COUNT AS A CONTACT SITE AND NONE OF MY REVIEWS HAVE BEEN FALSE.

The bottom line is, Adorama does not charge until an order is shipped - EVERโ€ฆIT HAPPENED TOO MEโ€ฆ

a) refused to believe this - even though we ship around 30,000 orders each week to satisfied customers who would testify to thisโ€ฆ.NOT ALL ARE HAPPY HELENโ€ฆ

b) refused to accept that the first order he placed was delayed due to blizzard conditions, which made it impossible for UPS to deliver within the expected time frameโ€ฆ..NO ONE TOLD ME THIS. NOT UPS OR ADORAMA. I WAS TOLD I DID NOT PLACE AN ORDER THAT IS WHY I DID IT AGAIN. I DID GET A CONFIRMATION ON SECOND TRY AND IT WAS STILL LATE.

c) refused to co-operate with all my attempts to assist himโ€ฆ..NOW THAT IS JUST NOT TRUE HELEN. I DID GET AN APOLOGY BUT NOT FROM YOU HELEN. I STILL WANT MY SHIPPING COST OF $42.00.

Your return was processed on 6/9/15 and we issued refund back to your visa for $169.88.You paid $169.88 for the first order; it was returned to us & you were credited $169.88.You paid $169.88 for the second order; you received your order.

Your taking this whole event and spinning it to make it look like you nor your company did anything wrong. I explained to you the first time what happened so if you want to change the truth go right ahead.

You're still incapable of telling the truth and I will never trust you or your company again.

Mark Waite (mechski) ordered a monopod from Adorama on February 24 2015

He was charged $169.88 and his order was shipped February 25 2015

Unfortunately, due to blizzards between New Jersey (the shipping origin) and Mr Waite's home in Texas, UPS were unable to deliver the camera.

On March 2nd, instead of waiting for the weather to clear so that UPS could deliver his

monopod, Mr Waite cancelled his order, and UPS returned it to Adorama.

It was received back at Adorama's distribution center in New Jersey on March 6 2015 and Mr Waite was credited $169.88 on March 9 2015 Mr Waite placed a second order February 28 2015; he was charged $169.88 on March 2 2015 and his order was shipped March 2 2015. It was delivered to him March 6 2015 His report above - particularly that nobody at Adorama assisted him - is a work of fiction from beginning to end.

He contacted me, and stated: "you pissed me off...... I will make it my mission to be a thorn in your side". Adorama is being blamed for a) the weather which prevented the UPS delivery on the due date and b) for the cancellation of his first order -even though he cancelled it himself. Reviewers like Mr Waite bring the business of review sites into disrepute, making it impossible for decent, honest consumers to gain a fair picture of the state of the industry.

He paid $169.88 for the first order; it was returned to us & he was credited $169.88.

Just to let you know I am a very happy person. If Helen had contacted me and let me know that the shipment was late I would have understood that.

If she hadn't lied to me about the whole circumstance and if they had confirmed my first order when I called everything would have been okay.

Helen can't and won't tell the truth. Don't you get angry when people lie to you?
